We set great store by fresh and seasonal products. We source them locally wherever possible. In our kitchen, capuns and “Käsespätzle” come together, as do cheese fondue and Austrian Wiener Schnitzel, and homemade apple pastries and kaiserschmarrn. Put simply, we serve you specialities from the canton of Grisons and delicacies from Austria with a great deal of love and a high degree of expertise.
Our menu has something for every appetite and palate. Also hugely popular with our guests are our imaginative drinks and home-baked cakes. And – if we’re talking tips: don’t miss sampling our tasty fondue in the winter!
