In our kitchen, Capuns meet Kasspatzn, cheese fondue meets Wiener Schnitzel and homemade cake meets Kaiserschmarrn. We serve Grisons specialities and Austrian classics with love and dedication – a perfect combination for connoisseurs.

Our new wine menu
Our new wine menu reflects our close ties to both regions. From this winter, we’re focusing entirely on wines from Switzerland and Austria – two countries that are not only home to excellent wines, but also to our managing director Sebastian:

Both regions stand for outstanding quality and a passion for craftsmanship – exactly what is important to us. With this decision, we are setting an example for regionality and sustainable enjoyment without long transport routes. We invite you to discover the uniqueness of these wines!
